| Sales in New Hanover County grew steadily through 2020, but numbers have been falling since then, until 2025. Part of that is low inventory. Average prices and price per square foot have been going up every year, the average sales price went above 600k in 2025. Prices went up in 2025, but not by nearly as much. Inventory has doubled over past few years, but is still half of what it was in 2016. |
