| Sales in New Hanover County grew steadily through 2020, but numbers have been falling since then. Part of that is low inventory. Average prices and price per square foot have been going up every year, the average sales price is just below 600k in 2024. The average price per square foot was over $300 in 2024. Inventory has doubled over past few years, but is still half of what it was in 2016. |
