People are gravitating to downtown because its close to an urban center, they like the historic feel and it is a short walk to things to do. Prices increased 50% from 2019 - 2021, and doubled in the five year period from 2017 - 2022. Current inventory is about half what it was in 2020. Last year's average sales price was a record $363k. |
