Brunswick County
Brunswick County sales have been mostly up since 2009. Prices have seen less of a roller coaster ride than a lot of other nearby places. Brunswick is a bit more difficult to read as a county, because it ranges from entry level housing to Bald Head Island. From 2019-2021, the average sales price went from under 300k to just under 400k, and then in 2022 it bounced to over 453k. Average sales prices hit a record in 2023 at just under 470k.
