| Brunswick County sales have seen a steady increase the last three years. Prices have seen less of a roller coaster ride than a lot of other nearby places. Brunswick is a bit more difficult to read as a county, because it ranges from entry level housing to Bald Head Island. Average sales prices hit a record in 2025 at just under 488k, but that is just a 2% increase from 2024. |
