I've recently been evaluating some of the home sales that are included in the region sales and decided that it is not an accurate depiction of what I would call the region. It includes some, but not all sales in Jacksonville, Fayetteville, Raleigh, even as far as Mytle Beach and north of Rocky Mount. So it doesn't really show an accurate comparison from year to year. |
