—I do a monthly email newsletter, featuring a statistical analysis of home sales and inventory in New Hanover County. It comes out on the 10th of each month, and features the sales from the previous month, compared to the last several years, and also the current inventory. Send me an email, and I will send it to you.
—Each month I update all the available SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURES in New Hanover County.
—My website also offers a search tool to see any listing on the MLS, a neighborhood profile section showing current listings in area neighborhoods, a blog, and a really cool video of my dog getting the paper when he was a puppy. See the links at left. |
