Biographical Information
Although I was born in Savannah, I have lived in the Wilmington, North Carolina area since I was two years old, with the exception of the time I lived in Chapel Hill going to school. I have been married for over 20+ years to Ashley Burton Wilson. We have two wonderful children, our son Spencer is a Medical School student at UNC-CH and our daughter Emily is a graduate of UNC-CH.

I have a diverse work background, having worked in advertising, steel, biomedical, and publishing. From 1993-2006, I was the owner/operator of Encore Publications, a local business that produced Encore Magazine and other specialty publications. After 13 years of successfully running that business I decided it was time for a change, and sold the company to Morris Multimedia.

I have always been interested in the real estate business and enjoy working with people. I have been with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast since September 2007. Prior to that I worked for a year in Brunswick County real estate and development at Cape Fear Realty.

I have lived here my entire life, so I know the region. I hope you'll consider me for your real estate needs.

Biographical Information
As a Wilmington native, I cannot imagine living farther than a short drive to the beach.. Wade and I have been married for almost twenty-five years and I joined him in the real estate business in 2013. We have two wonderful children, our son Spencer is a Medical School student at UNC-CH and our daughter Emily is a graduate of UNC-CH.

After graduating from UNC-CH , I taught school in Beaufort, North Carolina for two years. I then moved backed to Wilmington where I went to work with my father in the steel fabrication business. I continued there for the next twenty-six years. I first started working in the structural steel plant, learning business as a material handler, helper in the lay out department, welder, fitter and helper in the paint rack and loading area. I learned estimating and sales and then became the Operations Manager in charge of production control, purchasing and assisting with project management. I periodically teach Metallurgy and Blueprint Reading at Cape Fear Community College.

When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy helping animals that have been forgotten. I maintain a feral cat colony and have helped with rescued horses. I knew Wade and I had truly adapted to being "empty nesters" when Wade started teaching our golden retriever how to surf last fall.
