Land Activity
This chart shows the land sales activity from past years. The roller coaster ride of land sales peaked in 2004 at nearly 1000, then dropped steadily to 127 in 2009. Since then it has been on a steady rise, though it did drop last year. Prices have been rising the last few years. Inventory has fallen steadily over the past four years.
