"My wife Kim and I started working with Wade in October 2011. Our initial calls were informative and we were able to make a decision to drive over from Charlotte to look at a property based off our talks. We drove over to Wilmington and met Wade at the house we were looking at. He opened the house and went through the whole property with us. He was honest, answered what questions he could and wrote down any questions unanswered for research. After seeing the home and discussing next steps, we decided to make an offer. Wade offered to act as our agent as well as representing the buyer. He was open about what that meant and how he would manage the relationshiip

We began the process of trying to find financing. We ran into several issues getting a loan on the property, none of which were related to the financial side of it. The property was unique in several ways and a standard loan just wouldn't work. Wade worked hand in hand with us, making calls, talking to financial institutions and answering questions to try and get the sale completed. We probably talked at least every other day. When I finally found a place to get the purchase financed, Wade helped answer any and all questions the lender had. Finally after 2 hard months of work, we closed on the deal. It was difficult but Wade and the Seacoast team were always there for us. Wade has been great to work with and after the closing has been available to assist us with getting help with any needs we've had. We appreciate his assistance and look forward to a continued long term working relationship."
